Remy Pannier Rose D'anjou

History

Founded in 1885 by François Rémy, Rémy Pannier is the Loire Valley’s single largest wine producer, accounting for about 15% of all Loire Valley wine production, and with markets in over 40 countries worldwide. This progressive winery offers three AOC wines including the best selling Rosé in Ontario – Rosé D’Anjou, Muscadet and more recently, Sauvignon Blanc.

The Wine

The top-selling rosé in Ontario, Remy Pannier Rosé d’Anjou is made from the Cabernet Franc grape variety. A dry rosé wine with full, tempting flavours and balanced acidity, the Rémy Pannier Rosé d’Anjou is a great accompaniment to many lighter dishes, but is also paticularly pleasing on its own.

Tasting Notes

With a light pink colour, the Rémy Pannier Rosé d’Anjou contains delicate aromas of spiced strawberry and citrus. Light bodied with crisp hints of red cherry fruit, this rosé has fresh strawberry fruit flavours and a refreshing finish.
