Barrancas Toso is a complex and well-balanced wine, it presents lingering and gentle tannins. Elegant style, with ripe plums and raspberry fruit. Slightly toasted, spice and chocolate shadings too. Lengthy, focused finish. Ideal for red meats, lamb, pasta and fine fermented cheese.
