The Wine

Kosher wines for Passover, supervised by the Orthodox Union and made with Meshuval. Vines grows in clay and chalky hillsides of AOP Bordeaux, France. Wine is vinified in traditional Bordolaise with 15 day macerations. Wine is pumped over twice a day and the temperature is mastered and controlled. This wine is best served at served at 15/16° C.This is an elegant wine which is ready now for hearty game dishes, and meats such as grilled lamb, but if you have the time, lay it down for two or three more years and enjoy it then.

Tasting Notes

A deep, robust red wine with plenty of character. Typical round and generous red Bordeaux, well balanced in structure, due to the character of the Merlot grape which is well known as the main varietal for most Saint Emilion wines.
